I was born in Rome a little under 50 years ago and spent my first two decades there, graduating with top marks in Literae Humaniores.
One summer after graduation, I came to London for a bit of fun. I fell in love — and never quite managed to leave.
Since then, I’ve collected a degree, a wife, two daughters, a few awards, a house by the sea and a small boat.
I began editing in 2005 at Outline Productions and went fully freelance in 2010.
Without ever needing an agent, I’ve kept a steady rhythm one foot in live sports arenas around the world, the other in the quieter craft of long-form storytelling.
Occasionally, I get a pang of homesickness, usually cured by cooking something excellent (of course).
Along the way, I’ve made a lot of friends in TV — plenty of whom will happily vouch for me.
